POSITION SUMMARY:
MyCare Medical is seeking a proactive and highly organized People Operations Liaison to help drive recruitment efforts, working with clinical operations teams and Human Resources to ensure successful placement of qualified applicants. This hybrid role combines hands-on sourcing and screening of clinical support talent with behind-the-scenes coordination and recruiting support. You will play a key role in maintaining recruiting momentum for roles like Medical Assistants and Front Office Coordinators, while also providing scheduling, posting, and administrative assistance to the Talent Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-provider healthcare positions, focusing on volume, speed, and quality
  • Identify, reach out to, and screen qualified candidates to assess role alignment
  • Move candidates through the pipeline quickly while maintaining attention to fit and experience
  • Support candidate communications, follow-ups, and interview preparation
  • Post new openings to job boards and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring leaders
  • Keep recruiting trackers, applicant records, and interview notes up-to-date and well-organized
  • Assist in preparing recruiting reports and summaries for the Talent Operations Manager
  • Support document flow and process setup for onboarding new hires as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to keep processes moving efficiently and transparently
  • Maintain basic working knowledge of state and federal employment laws relevant to hiring practices (e.g., EEOC, FLSA, I-9 compliance)
  • Ensure recruiting activities are aligned with organizational policies and legal requirements
  • Help ensure documentation and candidate interactions reflect fair and equitable hiring standards

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR Associate’s Degree in related field, with 2+ years of proven experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in the healthcare industry, with familiarity with roles like Medical Assistants, front desk, or clinical support in outpatient care settings.
  • Experience in managed care platforms highly preferred.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and working with a large candidate pool
  • Skilled in using ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and job posting systems
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications. 
  • Understands the importance of compliance in recruiting and onboarding workflows
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for balancing speed with quality
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications or related software (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Able to self-direct and work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize priority of work throughout the day and be flexible in a results-driven, fast-paced, growth oriented, emerging company
